This Valentine's Day, our donation is rooted in a real-life tale. Eli, a dachshund mix rescue from Puerto Rico, braved the streets post-hurricane, endured a kill shelter in Tennessee, and found refuge at Bideawee's Westhampton location.

Our founder, Tony, his husband Lance, and their son Max, have always owned rescue dogs. Eli, undernourished and having faced tough times, had a warmth and spirit that immediately captured their hearts. In that pivotal moment, the bonds of family and compassion converged and they have found daily joy and love with Eli.
